Wagner Inline systems are used transversal in grading lines.
It can also be used longitudinal on the in- or outfeed on a planner.

The latest developed system is called OMEGA and it's completly PC-based. OMEGA replaces the APEX system.
It handles feed speeds over 1000 meter/minute longitudinal and over 200 pieces/minute transversal.
OMEGA gives you protection against moisture related reclamations but even more important; it gives the kiln operator feedback so he/she can handle the drying process even better.
It's possible to connect a data base called KAT view to OMEGA; this software gives you the possibility to analyse your drying results and also the funktion of each kiln.
OMEGA has a built in website for remote control and easy calibration.
